Return & Refund Policy

HomeReturn & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your approved specifications, you must notify Boxtel Custom Packaging within 3 business days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds or credits. In approved cases, we will reprint the original order if the issue is determined to be our error. All defect claims are subject to review and approval by our management.

To request a reprint, you must:

  • Provide clear digital photographs showing the defect, or
  • Return the full order (at your own expense) within 3 business days of delivery

Please note:

  • Expedited processing charges are non-refundable
  • Claims submitted after the stated timeframe will not be accepted

Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations

  • All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Full payment (including taxes, shipping, and handling) is required before production begins
  • Orders will not proceed without customer approval of proof

Once a proof is approved and the order is sent to production:

  • No changes can be made to artwork, specifications, or turnaround time

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval
    • A fee of $25 + 5% of the total order amount will apply
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
  • Orders beyond 24 hours are not guaranteed to be canceled

Design Orders

All design service orders are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued once a design order has been placed.

Customer-Submitted Artwork & Files

Customers must submit print-ready files that meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 300 DPI resolution at final size
  • CMYK color format

We are not responsible for:

  • Blurry, pixelated, or distorted prints due to low-resolution files
  • Color variations caused by RGB to CMYK conversion

You are fully responsible for:

  • Layout, alignment, and orientation of files
  • Accuracy of all content, including text and design elements

While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for any loss or damage to submitted artwork/files.

By submitting files, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have obtained proper authorization to use it

We reserve the right to refuse any order that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains offensive, indecent, or inappropriate material

Proofs & Color Accuracy

All orders require customer approval of proofs before production begins.

  • Production and turnaround time begin only after proof approval
  • Delays caused by late approval are the customer’s responsibility

Before approving, customers must carefully review proofs for:

  • Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Layout, spacing, and image placement
  • Bleeds, crop marks, and final design details

Please note:

  • Digital proofs may not accurately display colors, transparency, or overprint effects
  • Color variations may occur when converting from RGB or Pantone to CMYK
  • Finishes such as lamination or UV coating may alter the final appearance

We are not liable for color variations in the final product unless a paid hard copy proof is ordered and approved.

Final Proof Responsibility

By approving the final proof, you accept full responsibility for all content and design elements.

While we strive for accuracy:

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed
  • Minor variations in color and density are inherent in the printing process

Reprints will not be issued for:

  • Color variations
  • Differences between screen display and printed output

For more accurate color results, customers may request a hard copy proof at an additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

Boxtel Custom Packaging is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
  • Incorrect layout, folds, or dimensions
  • Missing or incorrect bleed/crop marks
  • Low-quality or damaged fonts and graphics
  • Transparency or overprint issues
  • Cracking on folds due to design setup

We reserve the right to use the most suitable printing method for each order.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Updated terms will be published on our website
  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
